We received exactly what we wanted, on the date it was to be delivered, and it worked perfectly.

I like it that it is nice and small. Because of that reason, my dog also likes it. She has chewed 2 of them up now. Only thing that would be a little nicer is it always works from a farther distance. Sometimes I have to sit up on the couch and reach my arm out to the surround sound box for it to change the volume or turn it off.

The remote arrived quickly. Quality is great as usual. Came with a fresh battery installed.
