Hello. I just wanted to take a moment and Thank you for excellent service, speedy shipping and the remote control was perfect.

The remote works fine. It just took three months to get it even after I pay extra to have it shipped one day, should have been told in the very beginning that it was not able to be shipped right away I would have paid standard shipping.

Great remote, works better than the one that came with our dvd player. You had to stand on the buttons on the one that came with our dvd product from the manufacturer. In fact, It took forever to scroll through Netflix with our old remote. This replacement one that we purchased is great, you barely have to press the buttons & it goes where you want it!!!

Exact replacement. Very happy with this item. It worked great with no trouble or programming, just put in the batteries and use. Took a while to get but the shipping time is clearly stated when you order and once the remote was shipped I recieved it very quickly. I would order here again and reccomend to anyone looking for replacement or extra remote. Had a little bit of a hard time finding this remote and this company had it.

I ordered this remote and was delighted. It came very quickly and had its own batteries with it. I didn't have to program anything, I just put the batteries in and pointed it at the device and it worked beautifully! I wish everything was this easy and reliable!
