The remote control works perfectly with my Sceptre tv. I am just glad to get something that works after loosing my original remote and wasting money on generic remotes that wouldn't do anything except turn off and on.

So happy I finally have a fully functional remote for my tv. The old remote that came with the tv would only work on volume and channel up. This new remote is lacking some of the buttons (dvd) that are on the original remote..I knew this when I ordered, but I never used them anyway so this is a great.
