The product appears to be a fully functional replacement for my original remote. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would use Anderic remotes again if one of my other remote control devices requires replacement.

Just received my remote covers in today's mail. I ordered the covers to protect my Fire Sticks which are hard to hold on to and get lost easily. I beleive these covers will do a great job. Love the bright colors.

It worked fine immediately without any setup. (I say that with the caveat that I've only used a few functions). My only complaint is the shipping: I live an hour's drive from this company's location and shipping address. Tracking info showed this remote was shipped 6/10/16 and delivered to me on 6/16/16. It went from Winston-Salem to Greensboro, to Reidsville, back to Greensboro and bounced from that USPS location to another and back again, before finally being sent to my town. Good grief!!

Just what I ordered and works great

We needed a replacement for a Samsung BN59-00598A remote that stopped working and was discontinued. The original was a universal remote that came with the TV we purchased in 2008 but we used it only for the TV, so the RRBN59 (TV only) is fine. We really only use it for the source button and control everything else through the set top box controller and the DVD/VCR controller. The replacement works fine - just like the old one did before it stopped working.

Remote worked when batteries were installed It replaced an obsolete remote and everything worked but one button (antenna). Still, it is better than having no remote.

Samsung doesn't offer this product any longer. A replacement is mandatory to operate the TV. Only problem is locating ANDERIC on E-Bay. Search. search and search before locating this firm. It's worth the time if you have the patience.
