My remote wasn't enabling me to connect to ROKU and then Netflix and Amazon streamlng, or to play a video, so I ordered a new one from you. After I received the new remote I put brand new batteries in it. Unfortunately it does not work either. I called JVC and they said to order a new remote from you. I said I didn't have a lot of faith that a new one would work and I was extremely frustrated.
Do you have any better ideas?
