Great service, great refurbished replacement! I've been without the full functions on my old remote for so long I had forgotten how convenient a remote is. I took the old remote apart and cleaned it, hoping I could re- pair it myself, however only a few of the functions returned ---- so glad I found your website. The new remote is such a stress reliever, with having it fully functional. I was even able to repair an old TWC remote that I had replaced by the company for $9.00, only because TWC doesn't have a service center near me. (E-r-r-r! A story for another time . . .) Thanks for saving my sanity ---- nothing is more frustrating than a remote that doesn't work properly.
