I ordered this remote, which worked just fine, but when I got it, it wouldn't go to the menu I needed to do a factory reset. I contacted the seller and thru a series of emails, they recommend a different remote that would have the feature I needed. I ordered that one, which did work for exactly what I needed. Despite it being past the date when they normally allow returns, when I contacted them again to explain, they quickly processed a return for the first remote and refunded most of my purchase price. Shipping was extremely fast, ordered the remote on a Thursday night and got it on Saturday! Very pleased, not just with the products but also with their excellent customer service.

It works great! Has all the same button positions of the original. Quite convenient not having to figure out new buttons. It does feel a little flimsy but I don't plan on dropping it down the stairs so it should be good to go.

This remote worked right out of the package. Very easy to use so glad I ordered it we bought the TV at a garage sale and started to think there was something wrong with tv. So took a chance on this remote for the price was cheap and it works great.

I would give this remote 5 stars just based on price and function. It worked with my tv right now of the package. You can tell it's a little cheap though compared to OEM remotes. The plastic is thinner. No issues though.

We bought a very nice TV from a hotel doing renovations. We didn't know it at the time, but televisions in most hotel rooms are different from ones sold to the general public in that they are professional or hospitality sets. We found out that getting a standard replacement remote control would not allow us to access certain functions of the TV. For that, we needed a remote specific to our hospitality graded TV, and I had little hope I would find one. However, I was lucky enough to have found this website that sold exactly what I needed, and for little more than the price of a standard remote. It is an easy to use, well made remote.

Ordered it for a 10 year old 15" digital Magnavox we had just dug out again after multiple moves. The tv had never had a remote - it was a display model we bought for a discount. My dog has chewed up my original remote and I needed one to replace it, because this tv requires input from the remote to do certain functions. The "universal" remotes from the big box stores won't do those functions either. But, this one works great!!

I have had this remote for a couple of weeks. I had lost my original one which I actually found today. To be honest, the new remote works so much better than my old one that the old one went into a drawer for backup. The new one seems to be a stronger signal and the tv responds much faster to it.

This item was a perfect replacement for my old Philips remote, and the unit is very similar to the old remote. Very good quality. I really appreciated that it worked right of the package with no programming required. Take it out of the package, insert batteries, and point at TV. That's all it took. Highly recommend this item.

This control is FANTASTIC! It was very simply to start using, simply turn it on and point it toward the tv! My set is very expensive and quite sensitive. However, we had lost the original remote. I delayed trying to find a replacement, fearing that I would not be able to do so. This unit was a very pleasant surprise! It is easy to operate, even for someone like myself, who is technically challenged! I highly recommend it. Actually, it is easier to operate than the unit which came the original console. It works which is good. Feels cheap and looks cheap and since the day I took it out of the package something rattles inside. Can't figure out what it is. Not super impressed, but it works. What would be even better is if the buttons lite up or glowed. So the best I'd give is a 3 star. May have been better if I went with a stock remote.

I use this remote as a replacement for a TV that I got secondhand. It has all the same buttons and functions as the factory remote. The edges are a little sharp could be rounded to fit hand better but only a minor issue.

The anderic replacement remote was for a *** lcd tv. It is identical to my broken remote except it's colors are much brighter and are much easier to see in dark areas. The remote's functioning was perfect. I found replacementremotes.com from a *** search. It helped very much when I was able to view from *** street view that the company had a brick and mortar building in North Carolina. The company's name was written in BIG LETTERS at the top of the building. This gave the buyer great reassurance that the seller was not a scam artist.

I was unsure at first to order a replacement remote made by a company I had not heard of, but im not very technical. After trying to program a universal remote that was store bought I was willing to try anything and it worked out great. As soon as it arrived I put in batteries and started using it on my LCD flat screen so I could again watch tv, Dvd's and Blu ray discs immediately.
