After getting linked to the fan, the remote works better than the remote that came with the fan. It is easy to use and well worth the expenditure.

Excellent remote. Identical to the original with the exception of name on front and having a fluorescent button to turn on the light, which is an aid in finding the remote in the dark. So it is actually better than the original.

I had ordered this remote to match up with my ceiling fan that did not have a remote when we moved in. The product came as described, fast delivery, only to find out that the receiver in the fan was bad. I ordered the receiver that matched up to this remote, installed it and everything is right. Saved about $100 instead of buying an new fan.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. I ordered the correct item and it arrive promptly and worked as expected. I returned the wrong item and they were prompt on crediting my account.

It works exactly like to original one did.
