Introducing the Anderic FAN53TW, the perfect replacement remote control for your Harbor Breeze FAN35T (2AAZPFAN53T) 304mhz Remote Control and the Harbor Breeze UC7070T Remote control. This remote is designed to provide seamless functionality and compatibility with your existing Harbor Breeze ceiling fan.
Enhanced Control: The Anderic FAN53TW offers 3-speed settings (High/Medium/Low) to adjust the fan's airflow according to your preference. It also includes a convenient Fan OFF button for quick and easy control. The remote features a light dimming function that allows you to adjust the brightness of incandescent lights and some dimmable LED lights. Please note that most LED lights and CFL lights are not dimmable, and the light dimmer button will function as an ON/OFF switch in such cases.
Receiver Compatibility: If you require a new receiver, the Anderic UC7067FMRX is the compatible receiver for this remote (sold separately). Please note that the receiver and batteries are not included with this remote control.
Convenient Features: The Anderic FAN53TW remote control comes with a wall mount for easy storage and accessibility. It operates at a frequency of 303.9mhz/304mhz and has an FCC ID of 2AAZPFAN53T.
