The RR692GR will work right out of the package for compatible Hitachi TV models listed (but not limited to) without any programming. So far the TV control works perfectly but for only being two weeks since I received this control It works as expected hoping that it continues in that manner if so I will continue to purchase replacement controls from your Companycompany

The remote buttons don't always work properly. You have to press and hold to get it to work. Not all functions work.
