I am very pleased with this product. It shipped quickly and all I had to do was pop in the batteries and the fan worked. Didn't have to reprogram or anything like that. Will definitely come back here to purchase again if needed.

While the item seems to be functioning, I was hoping that the problem with my inherited Hampton fan would be saved with the new remote. When I first encountered the fan, the old remote intermittently functioned but over time the remote seemed not to control the lights on the chandelier. I was hoping that a new remote might solve the problem, but unfortunately the remote does not. Nothing tried, nothing gained etc.

I assumed this remote would work with my fan because it looked just like my old remote. It didn't.I cannablized the keypad which made my remote work well . Can I still return the new remote?
