The remote is fine. On my tv only few buttons respond. I mainly got for volume as the manual button quit working. The power button works but the play buttons for the dvd doesn't seem to respond ?????

Product arrived much sooner than anticipated. Was exactly as described. There were no programming instructions but none were needed. I put my batteries in it and it worked perfectly right off the bat. The buttons are placed well on this remote. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to replace a lost original.

A manual or instruction would had been very helpful. I had a little trouble changing channels, would not change with one push of the button. Did not know what input select meant; found out it help with the changing of the channels. Like the fact that this remote has the same feature as my original remote setup, screen change , sleep, info buttons. Will recommend your store to others

Received prompt delivery. Remote was easy to use. However, it is now not useable. TWC will be going all digital in a few weeks and the adapter we need to use has it's own remote. Lesson learned: be patient, things change.
