The remote did not work at all. When I called back about it, I was told there has been a problem with this particular model. So I was given a return label to send it back, which I did, and I believe it reached your company in return on Feb. 4, 2019. I am now waiting for a refund. I was told I would receive a full refund including shipping charges, since it was advertised on the internet, but then had been found to have issues.
