Useful if you do not have originally green remote. It comes with code to knock out the hotel mode completely so the hotel TV will work with a normal domestic remote from the menu button. Although for me following instructions did not work, but did work it out. (Menu code number menu then unplug) i have not listed code in this review as it would not be fair to the supplier. I did have the green remote but had never come across this code before. So for me the code was worth the cost.

Your product did not work as indicated on your sight. When I open the set up menu, there are two lines that address the channels that are available.

I wondered if this remote would do all the functions of the original green master remote which is no longer available. To my surprise it works perfectly and in some cases is easier to use than the original. For anyone needing this type of Philips hospitality remote, this is the one you want.
