Odered the wrong remote, called customer support was very helpful, sent out correct remote. Works very well.

Delivery was prompt. Remote appears to be working fine. Weather is cooler now so I haven't used my fan very often but so far so good.

They were the perfect replacements for my old fan remotes. Easy to set by looking inside my old remotes for the settings. They work perfectly.

Everything was easy with this remote. I had a question before I bought it online, so I called to get my question answered and wound up buying it over the phone. When I came a few days later, it didn't work. I called the number on the back of the new remote and the technician was able to talk me through the setting of the pins under the batteries. Everything works like the original remote. In this day of remotes for everything, I will never loose their number.

Several years ago, the Hampton Bay fan leprechaun made off with the remote and never returned it. Just for grins, I decided to see if I could buy a replacement. Of course by this time, they were no longer made, so I took a chance and ordered the Anderic. At first it didn't work. I called the company and was helped by a very nice young man. Did what he told me and bingo the fan works great. I am delighted. Now, if I could figure out how to change the light bulbs, we would really be in business.

The remote was bought to replace a broken remote for a Harbor Breeze fan. The remote was easy to use right out of the package. The remote was programmed using the same code from the broken remote and once the batteries were installed it was functional and ready to use. This site is excellent for finding remotes that are no longer sold in local stores.

A bit if a hiccup with the shipping label but it was exactly as advertised. It works flawlessly and is an exact replace. I would use them again!

Except for the Anderic name on the remote, this is identical to the original Hampton Bay item. Worked perfectly for all of the functions. Good replacement for my mechanically damaged original.

I selected my four digit code, put batteries in and it had been working great since.

Other than the ugly Anderic logo ... it looks exactly like the Hampton Bay remote that wore out. Put the batteries in, set the dip switches to match old remote, and it worked perfectly. Just like new. Thanks for a good easy replacement exactly like the original.

Very cool remote!! Able to use it from 30' away..Displays the temperature too.. You will need this remote if you replace your receiver in fan.. This is a must have...

I needed a replacement for my 14 year old ceiling fan remote and it was out-of-stock at [big box home improvement store]. Although I didn't get the right one the first time, the situation was quickly made right.

Needed a replacement remote for a fan combo

This product works with a receiver that you need to install in the Fan wire housing. Very simple set up. Match the dip switch settings in this remote with the settings in the fan receiver. This product not only controls the fan speed by pressing a button, you can also set a temperature setting and the fan will start/stop automatically and adjust the speed based upon the room temperature. This saves energy when working with air conditioning.
