This remote is a significant improvement over the remote originally supplied with my Channel Master DVR+ unit, which had bitten the dust after eight years of marginal performance. Buttons are crisp and responsive. Worked right out of the packaging. However, the four digit programming code for the Channel Master is missing from the plethora of codes listed in the operating manual, so don't lose the initial programming!!!

This remote did a wonderful job of replacing my Channel Master DVR + remote, which had become about 60% nonfunctional. My only complaint would be the volume button does not go auto...it has to be pressed repeatedly.

This remote works just like the Channel Master remote before it (the Channel Master remote) quit working.

Worked fine once the proper code for our TV was entered. The instructions failed to say to turn off the TV after every failed code entry. Their good customer service did tell me that.

It's a really good remote, but I just can't get it to control my TV. I tried all the codes for my TV, but none of them allows me to control the sound from the the sound and power for the TV. Have to use 2 remotes.

Our ChannelMaster DRV is over 8 years old and the original remote was driving us mad with most buttons being nearly useless. The RRCM75 works (almost*) perfectly, keeping the CM DVR out of the landfill and giving us years more service. We are grateful. * Using the remote to wake up the DVR turns the TV off. For the moment I have a work-around.

This remote replacement did exactly what it said it would do. When I loaded the batteries it worked instantly. I have waited for five years to find this replacement as ChannelMaster discontinued the DVR 7500TB1 and its remote in 2017 and the remote started failing about a year later. Between then and now I have done several DIY disassembling, cleaning and repairing the button contacts. I had given up on looking for a replacement online. They just were not there...and now it is. Well worth the price as the company is here in the States, the people I taughted to were easily reachable and easy for me to understand the conversation. Good service, good price, and they stand behind their product.
