Five stars definitely. One question: Recently one of our local channels has changed their signal so it can't be received as it has been for years. Up til now, this is my third remote for this TV. So far it is working fine. The main problem that I have had, is the ON/OFF BUTTON and the PIC SIZE BUTTON, which I use the most, as I use the PIC BUTTON when watching DVDS a lot. I use my DVR to turn on the TV, so that is solved. So hopefully it is settled. I'll know within a year if this remote works better. FRANCIS ONION

Mechanically it works great... just seems more logical to have ch button on the right, vol on the left, and on this remote it's the opposite Seems backwards to me I'm right-handed

Good replacement for the old one. Easier to use

We were replacing a replacement remote we had previously purchased. Although purchased from the same company and the exact same one, this remote requires more pressure to use. We have to use quite a bit of pressure to get the buttons to work, unlike the first one which was more sensitive. Over all just happy I don't have to get up and turn on/off or change channels manually and have full access of all the TV capabilities in my hand.

This remote had a very affordable price. Because of the low price I was doubtful at first that it would work properly or be well-built. However, when I put the batteries in (2xAA) it worked immediately and flawlessly the first time I tried it on my older Sanyo TV. The buttons are a little firmer to push than what I am used to, but they work without a problem. The infrared beam is focused on a smaller area than the remote that came with my TV, so I have to be sure to point the remote more directly at the TV, but that is not too inconvenient. I've been using the remote for about 2 weeks now, and it has worked perfectly. I'm glad I found this replacment at this price. This store seems to be a great resource for remotes and other electronic parts that might be hard to find.

I've been very happy with the remote, but I had to stick the label from the old Anderic remote on this newer one because there was no label. Please put labels on the new remotes so it will be easy to remember where to order again.

I bought the remote so that the input could be changed using a remote. The original was lost and the one I bought to use wouldn't do this. If anyone needs a replacement for a lost one this site is a good place to find one. Just be aware all features may not work just as the one I bought forces you to run through the channels with the channel button and not the numbers.
