Neutral. I ordered it because, frankly, I required ONLY the accompanied holster/clip holder - a likely part that would be potentially damaged in everyday usage. So now clip happily in place, I now have a functioning remote control - with a duty assignment.

The receiver saved the day for my ceiling fan. The remote that was sent was wrong but the original one work fine. The correct one was quickly exchanged and now I have a backup remote. Fan is working fantastically, thank you for having an improved receiver and remote.
