Hunter couldn't supply a remote control receiver for our existing ceiling fan because they were discontinued. We had to substitute this receiver/remote pair. It works great and we didn't have to buy a new ceiling fan. Thanks Hampton Bay and Dan's Electronics.

This unit was purchased as a kit with the remote UC7222T and worked perfectly with my Hampton Bay Altura 68 inch Ceiling fan with lights. Installation was very easy. All functions restored.

Purchased replacement fan receiver thru Amazon Prime. Prime does not tell you that you also need a new compatible remote. Called Dan's electronics, clarified the requirement and remote was received a few days later. Fan works with remote. All is good.

Great remote. I had to set one switch from 'dim' to 'on' to get it to pair with the fan though. This detail wasn't included in the instructions.
