Didnt work with my uverse cable box, a Cisco 7500, although listed in the description. Returning it is a bit costly having to pay the free postage as well as returning postage but not too unreasonable.

Controls the TV, but not the cable box. Completely useless.

...the remote was a refurbished one. There are just a few slight "misses" at times, but it works as expected....

It works

Relatively easy to program and works great. Contacts on the old one were getting worn, and it's so nice to be able to change channels without pushing the same button 7 or 8 times. At first I thought it was the batteries, but changing them didn't help.

Could not get remote programmed at first try. Called Dan's for help. Transferred quickly to Erick who emailed me advanced instructions. I was finally able to have it working with no help from my younger grand children.??
