I order these for the residents at the nursing home where I work as Maintenance Director. These are the type that were originally supplied by our cable provider but they are obsolete so they give me a different style that are "confusing" to the residents (to many buttons).These work great and our residents like them because they are easier to see and fewer buttons.

Started working immediately. Except, power button doesn't work (have to manually turn TV on), and, mysteriously, I keep getting Spanish subtitles in the middle of the screen of the NBC morning news program. How do I fix? I've exhausted all the menu items.
