Perfect condition and works great. Also the customer service is great.

Finally found an original remote that all features work on!

Took a little long, likely locally, but it's acceptable.

This is the real remote of my Denon AV receiver, other doesn't work with all features.

Looks and works like my original remote I'm pleased
