The remote I recieved was defaulted. It would not set up or respond to anything I tried to do. Had to call Directv out and they replaced it with a new one from them,

I got this remote control for my parents, whose remote went bad. It was an exact match to what they had, so it worked with their existing equipment right away. It was easy enough to program it for their tv. It was much more affordable than the price they were quoted from directv for a replacement. I told them where I purchased it, and gave them the documentation that came with it. I'm sure if they need another one, they will return to this site to get a replacement. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!
