Worked great and turned all on without having to program. My problem is the dvd-vhs player did not work.....bummer.so after returning machine, got JVC machine.it does work but had to get a universal remote.

Quality is outstanding from what I can tell do far. I do have a problem however paying for "priority shipping" . It was post marked pn June 15, 2017 for 2 day shipping but I did not receive the remote until Mon, June 29, 3016. Why pay extra for shipping when two day "priority mail" takes a week to get it? I realize you only contract with the US Postal Service, but what was paid for was NOT delivered for in any shape form of fashion. I bring this up b/c it is your contract but I am the recipient who 's service was affected. Thank you.
