This remote "reproduction" looks and operates exactly like the original. But, most of all, it works and works well, just like the other two Anderics I have bought here. I am impressed with all three of them for their sturdy construction, functionality, and surprisingly low price.
I normally avoid buying anything on-line - especially electronics, or a brand or from a place I'd never heard of, all being the case here - so I was expecting either nothing or a piece of garbage. But I was desperate to keep my player/recorder usable, so I took my first shot a year ago or so and was so pleased that I have now purchased two more remotes, including this one, as the original remotes for my other player/recorders gave up the ghost. When the remotes for my TVs eventually do the same, I won't hesitate coming back here to replace them.
