Works as it should

Finally got a functional remote that does what the original one did. Don't waste your money on a Chinese knock off like I did before — waste of money.

This remote does turn on and off the receiver but it does not change the mode like from Movie to Game. I can't program the remote to turn on/off the TV. I called replamcementremotes and they told me I cant. Someone was supposed to look into this and call me but that never happened.

Pretty good but missing MUTE key

Exact replacement - not the Chinese ripoff. It has the mute button the ripoff does not. Great product, great site. I emailed to check on the mute and other buttons and got a quick and accurate response

Excellent but no codes to set up new replacement remote. Needed it for volume buuutin. But now Need to keep the old one too for codes to do all other things on tv

Works pretty well with our Onkyo receiver. Some of the buttons that are on the original remote are not on this remote, but we were able to find a way to get it to work. Very happy to have a remote that works!

I did not give it 5 stars because this replacement, unlike the original, does not have a mute button.

The device did not work initially. It had fresh batteries, but the little red light did not go on and there was no response from the audio unit. A few days later I called your help line and in trying the remote again while talking to your person it quite suddenly worked and has been doing so since then. Very strange.
