This replacement was not compatible with my sound bar. Even though I was assured it was the correct remote replacement. I was very disappointed.

This remote is your typical small remote for some audio device. Battery was good and remote was functioning (as determined by checking using the help video on the Replacement Remotes web site). However it was not the correct remote for my specific Insignia device.
