Got my items and they were exactly what I ordered. They work great and I'm very, very pleased with them. I ordered one last year (somewhere else) and when I received it, it was different then what I ordered and only partially functioned.

As far as I know, it worked fine, the one day of use. I originally replaced my remote due to my dog chewing it up. Well, only a couple of days had passed, and it was chewed up again. She found where I hid it. I have already ordered another one.

The remote is working just fine. I was using the one from the living room cause the movers lost my one from the bedroom which was the same Insignia remote I was glad to find another one I was tired of taking it back and forth in the a.m. & p.m..I rate this remote 5 stars.good quality and easy to use.Ms. Pearl
