I received this remote in a timely manner and exactly as ordered. I have not yet used this specific remote. When I purchase a new TV, I try to order an extra unit in case the original unit has problems. I strongly dislike the thought of ever having to use a "universal" control. I am well satisfied with the price and service I received.
