it works, it's a little finicky though and will only work facing directly towards and horizontal with the soundbar. but it still beats getting up everytime I need to turn it up or down so...

The volume up button on our first one cracked so we ordered another. It would be nice if it was a little bigger, so you could read the buttons better.

It is the original remote control the comes with the JBL SB350. You may need to wait for a long time, like I did to get this product because it was back ordered. If you are willing to wait to the get this original remote control I will advice you to get it.
