I ordered this remote on 9-24-17 with Priority Shipping, and received it on 9-26-17, so I'm very pleased about the fast service. This remote worked as soon as I put the batteries in, which were included even though I didn't ask for batteries. It's identical to the original remote, WORKS, and is easy to use. It replaces the original remote (packed with the TV) which doesn't work at all! No surprise, when you call LG customer service, the first thing the automatic answering system asks you is, "Are you having trouble with your remote?" The human I finally spoke to promised to send out a free replacement remote, which was to take 7-10 business days, and still hasn't shown up!
