I recently ordered a remote for my Marantz AV unit. The service was fine and the remote arrived in a timely manner.
As it turned out, there was a secondary problem with my system, and it ended up appearing that I did not need the remote after all. So I called in for a return authorization, and was granted the return with really no questions asked.
Afterward, I did discover that in addition to my secondary problem, the original remote was ALSO bad. So I will keep the replacement after all.
My point is that when it appeared it was entirely my own fault for ordering a part I did not need, Dans was still cordially happy to accept a return. I appreciate that, and would definitely order from Dans again in the future.
