I was very pleased with this product. Works as it should. Purchased a brand new remote for my old video camera and this company came through for me.. The price was great, and the product was indeed brand new in the package. Shipping was fast, and very well done to prevent damage. I would do business with these folks again if I need another remote, and would recommend them to my friends. Excellent Quality remote. Better buttons than the first one I had years ago that came with the camera.
