I was absolutely amazed that Replacement Remotes was able to supply a brand new, exact replacement, remote for my 20 year old Pioneer LaserDisk player. It made my day and was worth the cost to have full functionality of my player again. In my opinion, these guys offer a very worthwhile service. I for one, am very glad they're around. Bill Cheb
