This remote was not compatible with the TV I had and they refunded the cost and shipping with no questions asked were very prompt shipping it out when I originally ordered I would highly recommend

IVE already gave the company who sold it to me and excellent review for their help and assistance. the remote would not work on my tv and no other models were available. they arranged a fair settlement with prompt and courteous service. if I should need to replace any others, these are the people I will contact first.
