I'm in the middle of moving, so I can't look at the Model #, but it works GREAT, and we love it. Our tv may be at least 40 years old. It will not die, so we're determined to keep it until the end!!

I was very happy this item was still available to prolong my remote use of an otherwise serviceable old TV, which I enjoy in my bedroom. Saved me from purchasing a replacement TV for now.
