Received the replacement, put batteries in and turned the equipment on. I was so excited. I have bought universal remotes by the dozen and had to return them because they were not compatible. Very frustrating! You have made me a very happy customer. I was hesitant but now exceptionally pleased. Thank you!!!

The remote has the same functionality and appearance as the original, I couldn't be happier. I removed one star because the remote ended up being on backorder in the which there was no indication on the website. It took about a month to receive the remote.
