It took an exceptionally long time to get it because it was back ordered but....I finally did get it. It was well packaged, easy to set up and works great. I am very happy with it and if I needed another remote I would go to replacement remotes, again.

Item as advertised. Shipping was a little slow but I expected it going into it. Overall I'm very happy. It's a factory replacement. Soundbar is almost useless without the remote.

The remote works. Only one downside, you have to press the buttons a little harder than any other remote.

This is a second remote for use with our big screen & sound bar setup. Now my wife and I both have one so we don't have to get up and get the remote for the sound bar. I would recommend your site to anyone needing a replacement or second remote.

Dish does not supply a code number for Sound Bar, so I ordered a couple of remotes to have in different locations. very happy with time to get to me, fast delivery!
