I put new batteries in the remote, but nothing happens. It doesn't work

This was an exact replacement for my Samsung remote that broke (IR transmitter no longer functioned). It was easy to order from Dan's Electronics andit came promptly in two days.

The remote I ordered is the same one as my old remote. I did not need to program it....and quality, functionality and ease of use is the same: very good quality. The ordering of the remote was very easy. It was easy to match the correct numbers for he product. I paid the $8 for FedEx 2 day delivery. But, to get to a rural area, it took 4 days for delivery.

Took a little while for us to actually receive the remote, but it was on back order so that was why (about 2 weeks). I like how they never charged my debit card until it shipped though. It was in perfect condition and worked just as perfect. No programming needed, just popped and the batteries and use! Thank you for a great product that we needed replacing...
