The product is great and worked right out of the box with no issue. The issue was paying $52 for overnight shipping and receiving the item four days later. Recommendation-do not pay for anything other than standard shipping.

I'm not sure this is a genuine Samsung OEM remote but, it stops working for a few seconds after pressing the buttons. It was only $50 but but accepting returns for any device especially a broken one is bad businesses practice.
