The five stars is for Mr. Eric Williard, President of Dan's Electronics, not for Samsung. Eric personally followed up and replaced the first unit that Fedex had smashed during the shipment. The replacement unit Eric sent is a new-in-the-box unit and seems to be working well. Thank you Eric.
