When ordering on your website, I placed a order for Sanyo remote ...NH311UD. Needless to say, I was very surprised when the manual came. This is for my 88 year old mother, who is in the nursing home. I did not dare tell her we had a $16 operating manual. I would appreciate it if you could send the remote. Thanks
