Excellent. I took it out of the package[; installed the batteries and pointed it to the TV and it worked. I have been fighting that old remote for 6 months. Thank you Dan's Electronics.

Received it faster than expected. Worked right out of the box...no need to program. Old remote had sticky buttons and now we can surf again with no frustration!
