Remote works fine. Shipping was a mess.

Worked perfectly. It was a replacement for the remote that came with the tv. Dans recommendation and it was great.

Works as well as original remote , with lots more features built in than the original. I like the larger and more plainly marked buttons than the original remote also. Seems to be a good product so far. We received it quickly when ordered.. Thank you!

I was so upset when the initial remote broke. i was looking all over for a replacement and was happy to have found this website as they had the exact same remote as the one I had prior. It delivered in no time. Did not need programming. Worked as advertised and I'm a happy camper with a new remote!

Be aware, The remote doesn't look like the picture, and that was really important to us...It works, just we need it both: to work and looks identically. That was the main reason we bought it here :-( ... Besides that, it looks new and arrives on time and in good conditions.

This product is exactly what I needed and exactly what I received. Price was good, email notified me when it shipped and it got here quick enough for me. Sharp could design a better remote control but that is another issue.

The remote was awesome, but your website was a differant story. It took over a month to receive it.
