Perfect replacement. Exactly like the original. Arrived on time. Customer service got the right remote with the model number of the TV when it was not legible on the old (beaten up) remote. Second time I've dealt with them (first fan remote replacement) and both times everything has gone perfectly. No complaints - great service. Thanks.
