Easy as adding batteries and pairing with TV ( settings , touch pad settings , pair touch pad remote control )

Overall it works well. There is just a lag from when I touch the pad section and the response of the TV. It might be that I need to get used to it but other than that it works really well. As far as the service from Replacements Remote, they remote was shipped really fast. I got it sooner that I thought. It was great. Thank you

Works great as the original did. The original power contacts failed after 1.5 years though. I hope this lasts longer. It only saw moderate use (once weekly). It makes it so much easier to use YouTube verbally rather than typing and for use in other Apps. Thanks for the new remote

It can't/won't pair with my TV. I guess it is really the TVs fault since it doesn't have a pairing option in its menu.

Replacement remote works as advertised.

It works OK. Easy to use and the voice search is great but...feels really cheaply made. Unresponsive at times. Since I started using this remote, my TV freezes and reboots more frequently. I definitely prefer it over regular remote (which I never plan to use again now) for the TV but this remote has it's qwerks. Wish it had a mute button.
