Shipping Cost Deduction for Refunds
If you return an item for a refund after receiving free shipping, a deduction of $5.95 will be applied to your refund to help cover our initial shipping costs. Some exceptions may apply.
Return Policy for Low-Value Orders
We do not accept returns for orders with a total price under $20. Exceptions may apply, but you must contact us before initiating the return.
General Return Guidelines
All items, except those listed in our Non-refundable Items list, can be returned in their original condition for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. The original item we sent must be returned. All damaged, incorrect, or defective items must be reported within 15 days of receipt. Please call us toll-free at 1-855-573-6683, Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm ET, to report such issues. We do not reimburse return shipping charges, and initial order shipping charges will be deducted from all refunds. Specially ordered items are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $5.95, whichever is greater.
Return Instructions
1. Include the order number and a copy of the receipt inside the package.
2. Indicate whether you prefer a refund or an exchange by including a note in the box.

Non-Refundable Items
Non-refundable items include batteries, keypad repair kits, master/setup remotes, and hard copy manuals. Additional conditions may apply, and returns may be subject to a restocking fee if returned without prior notice from our staff.

International Returns & Exchanges
- No Merchandise Exchanges: We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
- Return Conditions: Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned unless the customer pays all shipping and importation fees.
- Customs, Duties, Taxes, & VAT: Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges, customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs.
More Information on Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds can only be issued using the original payment method, with no exceptions.
- Refund Checks: All refund checks are issued to the original purchaser's name and mailed to the billing address provided when placing the order.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for the length of the warranty period.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued after receiving and inspecting the merchandise. We do not reimburse return postage. Your credit card will not be credited, and no exchange unit will be sent until we receive and inspect the item(s). Most credit card companies will post the credit to your account within 48 hours, but it may take up to 2 weeks before the credit appears.

Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellations: We accept all order cancellations before we ship your item(s). If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow our Return Policy.
- How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please call, use online chat, or email us. If you email us, we may not receive your request before shipping; therefore, we prefer you contact us via Online Chat.
- In-Stock Items: We can cancel all in-stock orders at any point before shipping. However, we cannot guarantee your order will be caught before it ships.
- Back-Order Items: You can cancel back-ordered items at any time before they ship, provided they haven't already been ordered from our supplier. If the item has been ordered, you can still cancel, but a 20% cancellation fee will be charged to cover the cost of returning the product to our vendor.
