several of the buttons are not functional. I can not turn my channels. control the volume, or power on and off my tv. i did not realize of the 14 day return and had already thrown away the packaging . so I am not able to return. i will end up buying a new one. return police was not clearly written. With shipping and cost I might have just flashed a 10 dollar bill down the toilet. i doubt that it was ever tested before shipment. they don"t come with a so called sticker either, there for i could not return anyway. making it a complete waist of money.
