The remote I purchased from you was the exact product I needed and after I opened up the battery compartment and got some acetone and cleaned out all the pretty white trees of foam growing around the battery terminals and dried it out it works great. You should hire me to refurbish your products before you send them out the door or at least look at them. But since it works I am am happy and I already had the acetone.
