The ergonomics of the front of this remote are excellent. Buttons are well-organized, and easy to use without looking at the remote.
The slide-out keyboard, however, is junk, and of little value. The remote quit working after only about 8 months, due to the sliding motion wearing out the wires. They replaced it under warranty, but it was not a good design.
Contrary to what the description says about the recommended replacement, the XRT303 does NOT do everything this remote does. It's missing the PIP controls.
