The remote was advertised as refurbished and had a few minor scuff marks as was advertised, but works great.

The ergonomics of the front of this remote are excellent. Buttons are well-organized, and easy to use without looking at the remote. The slide-out keyboard, however, is junk, and of little value. The remote quit working after only about 8 months, due to the sliding motion wearing out the wires. They replaced it under warranty, but it was not a good design. Contrary to what the description says about the recommended replacement, the XRT303 does NOT do everything this remote does. It's missing the PIP controls.

After search for this remote through other vendor I was amazed to find it and at a reasonable price.
